For 50 days, I have been facing this error message while trying to list my products on Amazon Marketplace. I have been the brand owner since 1979, & I have already registered it under the Amazon brand registry. I have 50+ items listed on the Amazon marketplace with the same brand with GTIN exemption. But now every time I try to list a new item, the server asks me for GTIN exemption. & when i am trying to get that it gives me this error. This error is also called as 8560 error. I created a case ID. Amazon accepted that it's an issue from their end & they will resolve it. But for 50 days I have been waiting for a solution. AN urge to my fellow sellers on Amazon, if you have faced the same issue ever, then please do share your experience. & if you know the solution to overcome this, then please share. I will be highly thankful to you.

I can see that Seller Support are waiting for assistance from an internal team. There appears to be a technical issue that needs to be resolved and it is not something I have seen before. The team are reviewing it and will contact you when they have more information.
