Mi ritrovo il mio account disattivato però senza una motivazione che accompagni la situazione, quindi non so ora come agire per riattivarlo, penso e deduco che sia motivo della presenza di due account, e se nel caso fosse questa la motivazione voreei poter cancellare uno dei due che probabilmente avrò creato per errore.

If you have two accounts, then yes, that is most likely the reason. Check your performance notifications. You have to be able to reactivate the first account established before you can close either of them.
