Remove Violation for Product Condition Complaints

All - I need some help please. Recently, my product B073VC191M, which I own, created, etc. has a product violation.

I've been selling this product for 7 years, I always sell in new condition (of course) and have never had any issues with my manufacturer nor my warehouse prior to sending the items into FBA.

I sell this product exclusively FBA. I've tried several times to appeal the violation (the violation stems from several customers complaining they received a damaged or opened box) - i've shown them pictures directly from my manufacturer of them packing the items, pictures of the items before they left my warehouse, and even a bin check with Amazon where NO DAMAGES were reported and they provided photo evidence

Each time, my appeal was rejected.

I'm at a complete loss what to do and how to remove this ridiculous violation? My product and my account are at risk of deactivation

Please help!

I would assume the customer received it open/damaged as they have stated.

The seller is responsible for ensuring the packaging is sufficient to ensure the product is received in new condition.

I would be looking at adding an exterior box. I know it sux. It adds an expense and its only for FBA so it thier fault ya ya ya.

But the solution is protecting your product vs FBAs very rough process.

Amazon sent you an email regarding this violation explaining exactly what you have to do. Probably you have to click a link and to follow the instructions. Did you do that?

I have never had this happen to our account and recently it has been happening a lot. I have gotten the same autoresponses and every time I contact Account Health they tell me something different and none of it works. Aamazon has got to do something to make it easier for Brands to be able to rectifiy this. The options they give you do not apply to most circumstances and they don't accept Plan of Action submissions any more. It's getting ridiculous!
