Invalid charge and Tax info

My Amazon seller account was approved, but has never been fully live due to an invalid charge issue. I have approved in all euro banks but it still isnt working even though it shows accepted when i use the card.

My account has now been deactivated as it wants tax info, but it wont take me to that screen as i dont have full access to my account, it also wont allow me to contact the support team, I have so much stock please help

Are you able to contact Account Health team? You should have a "call me now" button in your account health section in Seller Central.

Account Health Specialist will be able to provide you with more information regarding the reasons behind your account deactivation and assist you in the necessary steps to reinstate your account.
