You need to wait until they’ve completed the checks
Personally I wouldn’t list anything until your payment account verification is complete and open otherwise you won’t get any money from the sales you make

That says it all - it does take them time to check and verify all the info, both personal and business that you have given them. There are probably thousands of new sellers signing up every day.
