I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I am facing while listing my product on Amazon. The problem pertains to GST exemptions and the correct HSN code.
Despite following the guidelines, I am encountering difficulties in assigning the appropriate HSN code and availing the GST exemption where applicable. The system does not seem to accept the details I provide, causing delays in my product listing.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue at the earliest? If any additional information is required, kindly let me know. I appreciate your prompt support in this matter.

Both GST Rate and HSN Code are Seller dependent. Amazon has nothing to do with it. You have not informed as to how are you attempting to listing, is it through File upload or Single Entry,
While entering in file or directly you have to select the appropriate Product Tax Code ( check this page for reference https://sellercentral.amazon.in/help/hub/reference/201531390 ). For HSN Code enter the code which is appropriate for your product.
