Suspended account

hello to everyone
I have been suspended and need to get in touch with seller team support, can anyone help me?
unfortunately I dont get a response from the seller team after the action and appel I have taken-sent to resolve the case.

I bet they don’t.

I think you’ll have to raise a case with Seller Support, explaining the situation and asking for access to your husband’s account.

I don’t think you can call when suspended, only email the appeals team

I have been able to close the account that our account was related to, but unfortunately it has not helped.

it was suspended because documents were missing, or he didnt delevier right documnets.

we contacted a company that helps with duplicate account problems, supended accounts.
any guidance or solution on how we can proceed. Thanks in advance

These companies ought to be sued off the face of the planet. As to your actual issue, I’m not aware of any way of regaining access to your husband’s account unless Amazon themselves can do it.

Sadly, you’re not the first to land up in this situation.

Once Amazon have removed the email address associated with the account, access may no longer be possible. Nevertheless, the account itself and the data associated with it will be preserved somewhere in the background. In this way, Amazon can prevent someone with a deactivated account from trying to get round the rules by opening a new one.

I agree, these companies come with the wrong information, now they do not respond to my emails !!!
we have invested large numbers in this account and we really need to get this account up and running.
