Is There Any Trick to Potentially Expedite a Restricted Product Appeal
I know I already know the answer to this, but I'm just checking to see if anyone has any tricks that have worked.
We have a restricted product policy violation, in which we are 100% legal and have permanently been reinstated over the last 2 years each time it gets flagged after submitting documentation.
So I have 2 questions for some experience share
1. How can we ensure it doesn't get flagged
2. How can we expedite appeals? We are finding it take Amazon around 10 business days, sometimes more, just to reply to one appeal email so we can be out of business for one month.
Thx

You would need someone internally REALLY high up to take care of it. Lower level support agents may reinstate but not put the block on the AI from doing it again.
It tooks like 3 or 4 tries before our car wash soap stopped getting categorized as a pesticide.
Use live chat or phone option instead of email. Usually you can get those agents to escalate same day and get a resolution within 24 hours. You have to be firm with them though. Don't hold back and you'll have to cite Amazon's policy multiple times to them, but you'll get there.
