PLEASE HELP!! INVOICE PROBLEM

Does anyone know where they hide the subscription fee vat invoices, ie professional plan selling fees vat invoice.

Mine does not appear in the tax document library. This has been an ongoing issue since August 24 and I am not getting a satisfactory reply from SS.

Any help would be much appreciated. I was just wondering whether it has been placed somewhere else, even though I have looked everywhere.
