Pay Pal & small claims court
Hi there
someone on here a couple of weeks back was saying how they didn’t take any nonsense from Pay Pal and what to do in the event of pay pal wrongly resolving a case against them. would appreciate them coming on again and repeating it for me. i thought i had saved the comments but i can’t find them. much appreciate your input again

yes definitely I was looking at a post on here, and someone said further down the post they didn’t take and nonsense from pay pal if they refunded a buyer. and i answered asking what they did and it was very helpful what they said, bit off topic to the post but he answered with some very good info, I know we don’t use pay pal on Amazon it was just very useful information to have and like a wally i can’t find where i put it

I remember seeing the thread too. Wasn’t it something to do with taking Amazon to court for refunding a buyer that had scammed them, there was advice about it being better to take the buyer themselves to a small claim court and advice on a LBA etc and someone said that they wouldn’t stand for it as they had taken paypal to court

It was one of mine a couple of months ago.
As long as you can get correct trading name you’re alright I.e. paypay.co.uk
No big firm is gonna defend £300 claims. They all will settle.
