Does anyone actually use "Shipping Setting Automation"?
Sorry if this has been asked before - the search on this forum isn’t the best, shall we say.
Just curious as per the title. All I’ve seen is people warning others not to use it.
Now I’m using other carriers rather than RM (except for the stuff that can only really go via them), I wondered if my long padded out customer displayed delivery dates would come down if I used this function.
Don’t want to adjust my transit times at the moment (yet) because of the strikes and their general effect (plus having to occ. use RM), but just wondered if anyone was actually using this function? And does it make a difference - and is accurate?
TIA

Others have said they do and it helps however there was a post this morning stating they selected a non RM courier and their delivery dates are still padded

So are we generally thinking opt-out? We use RM.
