We filed a safe-t claim but got revert within 2 minutes denying the safe-t claim stated- You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims. This was our 1st claim in the last 40 days . Contact your Amazon Account Manager. We also had a similar issue, our Account Manager got it sorted by escalting to category team.

safe t claim guys are pathetic and very rude they dont even check the images and proofs and they only reject the claim straightforward and if someone ask some question they threat us like u can loose selling on amzon priorities,

yes i agree, this has been happening a lot, we got the same response, that we have exceeded the limit, and then for next 15-20 days we did not file a single claim, and later after 20 days when we filed, again we got this , that sellers are not allowed to file safe t claims, so is amazon trying to say that all sellers are fraudulent and all buyer are correct, then this wont last, eventually people will have to make their own websites and start selling, if we get this response from safe t claim, time for amazon to rethink and revamp the whole system of safe t claims
