Deactivated account

Hello everyone!
My account was deactivated shortly after being activated. It requires additional verification, by posting a utility bill. However, when I send these bills, I get a response that amazon couldn’t verify them, because they are not in the supported language. But they are in English. So it seems that there is some mistake. Has anyone dealt with something similar?

And what exactly are they saying on their notification.
