One reason is it just happens - not sure why, something just happens in the background. It's relatively common.

The other reason is it incorrectly gets flagged as being an adult product - again, not sure why something happens in the background.

Sometimes if someone else created the product and deleted it from their catalogue this can cause the browse nodes to disappear.

If you created the product and Amazon have subsequently removed permission for you to list the brand this can also remove the browse nodes.

Have you tried setting the browse node against the product? If you can't do this then try raising a case with seller support they will often set the browse nodes for you if they are missing from the product (although this is not guaranteed)

Hello @Seller_eSc8X5lQq8ZwD,

Is the issue resolved, or are you still experiencing difficulties with it

Kind regards,

Sarah.
