Reviews, ASIN and listing gone after adding a variation. Help!

Hello all,

I have run into a big problem trying to add colour variations to my two successful products.

The steps I took are as follows:

1. Created a new listing for the new colour (e.g. white fidget spinner) with a new UPC etc.
2. Created another listing for a parent ASIN via “add a product”.
3. In “variations” tab for the “parent ASIN” I put the UPCs and SKUs for the old “black fidget spinner” and the new “white fidget spinner”

The result:
New parent and two new child ASINs. The original ASIN is gone. The reviews are gone. I cant find the listing on Amazon - the black fidget spinner is showing as out of stock despite inventory showing as 140 in stock. I also cant find the listing on Amazon.co.uk (I assume because it is listed as out of stock).

Quite a pickle. What on earth to do? Where to start?!
