Hi, I’m a new seller and recently launched my product.

I got about 30 orders, but all are still in Pending and none are Confirmed or shipped by FBA.

Also, 7 orders were cancelled by the system and other customers are waiting for products more than a week.

Is this normal for new products or should I check for any issue?
