abbiamo ricevuto questa mail da Amazon, ma non ne capiamo esattamente senso e motivo, soprattutto visto il fatto che non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna notifica sul Seller Central:

Dear Seller,

I’m reaching out as we have identified that some of your brands, listed below, triggered restrictions for cross-border shipments due to a lack of knowledge about their ingredients/materials.

To avoid the products being export restricted, we need a signed declaration of compliance from you (attached). Once received we can program our tools to automatically recognize the brand’s ASINs as eligible.

In case you are not the brand’s owner or do not manufacture the goods yourself, please explain the relationship you have with the brand owner/manufacturer before providing the declaration, so we can evaluate with our Compliance and Legal teams on eligibility to participate on this enablement program.

This has no cost from your side, and by signing you´ll be confirming that your products do not contain ingredients/materials listed in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES)
