I am an existing Amazon seller with brand registry.
I have 3 listed products (PROBIOTIC CLEANING PRODUCTS FOR THE HOME) and sold a few thousand since Dec 24.
All of a sudden I cannot edit any of my products. I am also unable to send the pallet of goods that are ready to send to replenish stock.
I have now been told that I need to request approval to sell. HOWEVER, the 'request approval' link doesn't take me anywhere, it doesn't work at all.
Iam just sent in a loop back to ‘request approval’ with the following message:
‘We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)’
Amazon seem to have INCORRECTLY flagged my products as 'Health & Personal Care'. However, they are NOT! They are CLEANING PRODUCTS FOR THE HOME.
Seller support do not seem to understand. It’s so frustrating. I have submitted safety data sheets, products info and pictures.
I have tried account health and they say they don’t have the capability to help.
I am running dangerously low on stock (and sanity).
How do I resolve and get approved again so that I can send more stock?
