Scalate issue with brand registry
Hello, we've been dealing with a brand issue, suddenly our brand administrator is not longer register as that in brand registry and this has affected our power to make changes to our listings. We have contacted amazon brand registry several times but they always say they need to investigate the issue and they will answer later, but it has been more than a month and we haven't received any updates about the issue. is there a way to scalate this problem to a more competent area?

I've created this Brand Registry Access: Troubleshooting Guide for these type of issues. Please access this post for more information.
I recommend going through the workflow and submit an appeal form. The appeal form is for: If there has been a trademark ownership change or if the current Administrator is no longer active, select use this form to submit an appeal to access your brand. Once the form has been submitted, our support team will review and follow up with next steps.
