Wrong FBA fees/product tier even after multiple FBA remeasurement
Hello, I am new seller and this is my first product not even started with PPC yet stuck big time. I have discovered that the FBA fees for our inventory stored within the FBA fulfillment centers are being measured larger than their actual size, resulting in incorrect FBA order fees. I been applying for remeasurement and it comes back with the same reply which make my product classified as Large bulky but actually it is a Large standard.
Does Amazon actually do the re-measurements or do they just like to waste a sellers time. I don’t know about this cubiscan. Anyway my product FBA checked at the start was 10.”2 x 6.3” x 2.5” packing and classified as Large standard. After first 3 vine orders it became 18.78” x 15.51” x 3.07” which is a huge difference in fulfillment cost since its classified as large bulky. I requested the remeasurement and receiving the same measurement everyday. All my competitors or seller who sell exactly the same product as me has their product classified as large standard. I am 100% sure there is something wrong with the system. I am loosing faith with seller central support and amazon as a whole as nobody is ready to help with this issue. Has anyone else had this issue?
