Refund was given for the original order and payment is not recieved for the replacement order
Does this happen often?
For an order, the customer had opted for a replacement and he was given a refund for the Original Order. Later I did not receive the payment for the replacement order. Now what should I do to get the amount from Amazon for the product sent as a replacement?

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, can you please provide us with more details? Who refunded the original order? Was the order fulfilled by you directly?
If the order was seller fulfilled: "Do I get paid for fulfilling a replacement order?
No. Replacement order has no value and you are not paid/charged for any differential price between the price of an original order and the price of the replacement order."
Seller-fulfilled order replacements
If the original order was refunded by Amazon and the order was not returned. You may be eligible to file a SAFE-T claim.
