IP violation claim

Hi,

I receieved a intelectual propery violation claim against me on a product that stated I was eligble to sell. The EAN number on the listing/product is trademarked by the same supplier/manufacturer that I purchased the products from.

I have sent amazon a screenshot from gepir.gs1.ord of the GTIN number showing that the trademark ownership is from the same supplier i purchased the products from, including the invoices.

Could anyone help me out here/ give me their thoughts please? I am a relatively new seller and this has me so stressed as am fearful of losing everything i ever dreamed of building on this platform

Did you ask the supplier if you could sell it on their branded listing on amazon?
Not all suppliers allow it and just because it says sell yours on the listing , doesn’t mean you can

Euro Classic is the correct brand isnt it?

The essential homewares company have very recently trademarked the brand and only one seller seems to be allowed on the listings by that brand so I’d suggest they dont want other amazon sellers

Because we’ve asked you at least 3 times now what it says under business info and you’re not answering, then you said you hadnt updated your information so I’m just wondering if you were never registered as a business seller on Amazon.

We are trying to help here but if there’s any mismatch in your data or the details on the invoices you’ll never get the IP violation removed
