Customer wants to remove negative feedback but can't
Hello there - I had a customer leave me 1 star negative feedback by mistake - it was intended for a different seller. I emailed her and after aknowledging her mistake she now wants to remove the feedback but cannot find a way to do it. I’m sure in the olden days this was a simple procedure for the customer, but I’ll be damned if I can find a way to do it!
If she is unable to do it, can I appeal to have it removed? None of the buttons that I can use as a seller to nullify her feedback would apply in this case whic is most unfair!
I’m FBM if that makes a difference.

Hi!
There have indeed been callouts in other threads stating that the feedback removal process works better while using browser and not mobile app. Although it is not the ideal solution – could you maybe ask the buyer to try doing it via browser?
