Payment frozen.

My money has been frozen for at least 6 months now in Sweden . No claims,chargebacks,negative feedbacks,bank account issues.Any advice would be much appreciated.

Are you sure your bank account is still verified, with a green tick ? - we all have to go through bank acct. re-verification periodically. No-one here can advise as to why payments have been frozen as we do not have access to your account. have you opened a case with seller support to ask ?
