Lost in warehouse - reimbursement amounts differ for same item

Hello, I have been raising cases with the seller support as I have been reimbursed for lost items. There are 5 units missing some have been reimbursed with £10.85 and some at £5.43 for the same item. The lower amount does not even cover the purchase cost. They are refusing to give a reason for the difference other than the standard terms and conditions. Can anyone advise how I can escalate this . Thanks
