Unable to create MCF Orders due to outstanding payment
Hi. I have tried to create an MCF order today only to find that when I click the link I get a message to contact Amazon support!
It appears I have a outstanding balance of £3.04 which I believe is the reason I can’t access account feature.
I have added my new card to the charge methods and updated all European marketplaces with this card.
I was able to delete the old card and attempted to pay the outstanding balance. When I submit the payment the page refreshes and no payment is taken!
I’m still stuck with a silly amount outstanding which is stopping access completely to my account.
Any advice greatly appreciated as its driving me mad!

You may need to wait up to 72 hours for the new card to be validated
Once it has been, they’ll either taken the debt or wait for it to change to positive and disburse
