Why Does Amazon Ignore Clear Copyright Infringement by Chinese Sellers?
I am furious by the platform's inaction against blatant copyright infringement! A Chinese seller has shamelessly copied our images, product title, and product description - clear violations of our registered US copyright. We submitted a detailed report with: 1) Proof of copyright ownership; 2) Our Amazon listing & website links; 3) The stolen images & exact duplicates of our content; 4) A clear explanation of the infringement.
Yet, Amazon replied: We cannot act on your report for the following reason: The description of your copyrighted work does not match the content you reported as infringing. Even our attorney said it's a clear case of copyright infringement!
Why does the platform keep protecting these infringing sellers?

I am no copyright expert, nor have the ability to say what is or is not copyright infringement, BUT I have escalated this to our infringement team for them to take a second look. I'll update you as soon as I hear back.
