I don't understand what you mean. I just know that it is not allowed to run two seller accounts, unless you sell completely different products on each. An IF you regularly own two accounts and ONE is suspended by Amazon, the other will be it too.

As you have mentioned in your post, you are seeing two different seller central pages when using the same credentials. For the seller forums community and I to better assist you, I would like to ask you a couple of questions and share resources for you to utilize.
For clarification, do you own two selling accounts? From the photos you have provided, it looks like one account is deactivated and the other is not. Do you know why one account is deactivated?
Under the multiple accounts policy, you can have one account per seller per region unless you have a legitimate business need for opening a second account. And all accounts must be in good standing.
