Account Re-activation difficulty due to lack of 90 days utility bill.

Hi.

My account has been deactivated and I am having difficulty re-activating it.

Due to my Ltd company (UK) being brand new, I only purchased the utility contract a week ago, I have submitted this to them and have been on 2 phone calls to try and get it approved but no luck as they are saying it has to be a utility bill going back at least 90 days.

Does this mean I have to wait 3 months before I can get approved to start trading? Would be massively grateful if anyone can share their experience of getting verified in this type of scenario?

A list of the documents I have available to submit (some of which I have already sent):

Company incorporation documents

Rental agreement with the registered office address

Business bank account statements in the company's name

Company website

Internet/utility bill for the last 7 days.

It is confusing but most times when they want a utility bill it is for a bill in your name at your residential address and not your business address.

It is normally your identity they are trying to prove with a utility bill not your companies.
