Tired contacting Amazon to reactivate myaccount.
Hello Amazon Sellers,
I’m reaching out for advice regarding my Amazon account, which has been deactivated for over three months due to one of my listings. I’ve submitted all required documents—my invoices, shipment details, and even proof of duties paid. However, I continue to receive the same weekly message that Amazon is reviewing my account to verify the authenticity of my products.
I’ve called Amazon’s account health specialists multiple times, but I’m always put on hold and receive the same response—that the issue is under review. Recently, I managed to speak with a senior team member, but unfortunately, the response was unchanged.
Over a month ago, I even shared my supplier’s web portal login credentials with Amazon. While on a call, a representative logged in, reviewed my shipment details, and confirmed my invoices appeared genuine. He assured me that he’d escalate the issue, but my account remains deactivated.
This situation has had a significant impact on my business. My inventory is piling up at home, and my payments are being held by Amazon. If there’s anyone from Amazon with whom I could discuss this further, I’m willing to provide all documentation again. I’ve also offered to review and remove the listing in question if needed.
I would appreciate any suggestions on what to do, as my business is suffering.
Thank you,
Muhammad Mateen
