my order is misplaced by your team and i am not getting any response
Hi All,
Can anyone help me. Since past 5 days i am following up with Amazon but not getting a correct update from them. I am highly disappointed by this.
My order was picked up on 14th october,2024 (a day later after scheduled date i.e. 13th October)
the very next day i.e. 15th October it showed status as cancelled. and now Amazon team is saying that they have not recvd the order. I am ready to share the camera clip of my shipping address where a guy turned up from Amazon at around 12 noon on 14th october and picked up my order.
we sellers spend money on running the campaigns then we get order then you miss picking it up then you pick up a day later then it gets cancelled then finally it is denied that order was picked up later.
