Wrong delivery time
Maybe someone knows how to correct delivery time. Even if our stock is in the country (in this case UK) our delivery time in Amazon shows 2 weeks. We deliver a 5days
I didn't have SSA (maybe I should), I put handling time 1 day and delivery 3-5 days, but on Amazon, it is 2 weeks. Nothing is delivered in the same country for 2 weeks.
I tried changing different parameters, warehouses in different countries, handling times, and delivery times, but those 2weeks are just there. This impacts our opportunity to sell as we can deliver much faster, but now we are in a bad algorithm because of that time gap.
Maybe it is because our legal address is not in the UK and they count legal addresses, not warehouse addresses.
Any suggestions on how we can improve delivery on Amazon?

Sounds like your ships-from address is set to outside of the UK.
To check, go to Shipping Settings > General Shipping Settings. Check the Default shipping address is your UK warehouse address - if not click edit alongside and change it.
If it is correct contact Seller Support - and good luck with that!

I have asked Amazon staff about this.
The delivery time an item shows on the detail page depends on your effective tracking rate and on-time delivery rate.
If your tracking rate is greater than 95% and your on-time delivery rate is greater than 97%, the delivery time you set is more likely to be accepted by Amazon. Otherwise, Amazon will only use your mall's historical delivery times as a reference.
