Handling time not taking into account UK Bank Holiday

Hi

I have found myself in a situation where we have returned to work after the bank holiday to find non-UK orders not reflecting the UK Bank holiday in their “ship by” date.

Is this a problem anyone else is having/is there a fix for this?
