Fake Orders Being Placed by "Customers"

I Have noticed a few patterns :

1. Customer places an order, opens the package, damages the product and asks for a replacement, does the same with the replaced product.

2. Customer places an order, and returns it saying "packaging damaged but product okay" and returns it. Upon receiving the return, it is observed that the Customer did not even bother to open a perfectly good package and filed a return.

Such fraudulent practices only lead to losses to us small time sellers, in the name of selling fee, courier charges, advertising and product damage. Raising complaints with regard to fake orders leads nowhere as amazon takes no responsibility.

Each seller should have an option as to whether any product should be shipped to a customer and not be compulsive.

Many times customer destroy the original product in terms of packing material, labels, etc & return the product without any valid reasons their by causing huge loss to sellers, Amazon only see the return request placed by customer & issue refund instatantly without approval of seller weather product we have received is safely received & in original condition ?

Amazon should strictly clearly mention in its policy to customers if product you return damage from your side even if lables, packing material, original condition such product cannot be returned or get refunded.

Such type of customers has to be charged seprately if any damage caused to sellers.

yes people are purposefully doing this , i think its a planned game

And the saddest part is that amazon not taking any actions against them and they help the customers only who are doing fraud.
