Buy box lost after 5 years! Please help!
We have been on Amazon for 7 years now, selling "seller fullfilled prime" since it began! We have never lost the buy box. Suddenly, 9 days ago, ALL our listings say "NO" to buy box eligible! We have zero policy violations, a .42 ODR score and perfect 100% on time shipping rating. Our feedback is perfect with a single negative in the last year! There is nothing we can find to warranty this and we are basically out of business! If anyone (seller or Amazon support) can offer ANY insight as to what may be causing this, we would really appreciate it. Amazon support is useless stating it is a software controlled stat and you have to check your account health blah blah blah.... It's all exactly as it's been for 5 years! Please, anyone! Thank you.
