I recently placed an order with AOPO-US, but after receiving the product for a while, they sent me a card and asked me to give them a 5-star review. Is this seller's behavior correct?

No, of course that is not allowed.
It happens a lot. And $20 is a low-ball offer.
Do not bother trying to report them.
