Amazon have removed my product
I don’t get this I have been selling at item of baby clothing for about 3 weeks and have made a few sales and now amazon have taken my items off and said they don’t meet up to regulations and now they are being returned to me because of some safety recall in Norway?
The item that they are comparing mine too is not the same item so why has mine been taken off. Has anyone ever had this issue and is there a way to get through to amazon to actually talk to them about it

Yeaah I guess so mate, I don’t really know what is going on, see essentially they have sent me a long email saying that they are removing my product due to safety concerns and that I am not to relist the item in the future, I have opened a case with amazon but they don’t even bother to reply. I can’t get my head around it I have only been selling for 4 days but all was going well set up PPC all that and this happens :’) Does anyone know how I can directly get intouch with someone who is human and will give me a straight answer because when they reply through email I normally have to open a seperate case to get them to explain

Absolutely nothing mate… So essentially I was selling and I said I am new to this I have done over 12 months of research so I’m not completely daft but I followed all regulations of products and packaging to make sure I was in the ball park and wasn’t going to get pulled up. I had the items delivered to me directly and checked all the items to make sure they are up to my standard and I’m happy then I repackaged them and send them to an Amazon Delivery Center.
Then I have been selling them for 5 days and initially one of the 4 variations got taken down without any notice… It took a few hours before I actually got a reply to a case and they simply said that it was just a recall
Then they told me it was due to a defect which I thought… Well that’s strange…

That isn’t my manufacturer. That’s what I’m saying and the item isnt anything like mine either. I mean I know my item has button yes that is a given but they can’t just remove everything off amazon that has buttons else there isn’t going to be any baby clothing left on amazon for them to actually sell.

Well I have just been on a chat to them… So essentially they know my product is not involved but still I have got to pay to have the products removed and once they have been removed and sent back to my house… I have then got to bay to have them sent back to amazon so they can put the items back on🙄

Yeah so essentially when I bought the items I asked the seller directly for an invoice, so he sent me an invoice… Like a proper one from his company

Appreciate all the help guys can someone PM with ideas of where the hell I’m supposed to find a whole saler that is legit then? Because everyone keeps telling me to use alibaba but now everyone is like… Nah man don’t use alibaba
