Deactivated account

My account keeps getting deactivated with a request to verify my identity. And every single time I verify my identity, I get an email saying your account has been activated but in reality it hasn’t. This keeps happening over and over again and I can’t reach support. PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks very for your message btw! I’m planning on selling new goods. I sent so much - utility bill, drivers license, bank statement, electoral registration. I just get a boilerplate message saying that i haven’t submitted the correct documents and just don’t know who to speak with!

Thanks so much - I did not know that. However, Amazon did not know that when they rejected me, so I’m wondering how that would have impacted things. But thank you, i’ll register as a sole trader and try again :slight_smile:

It’s strange that it doesn’t tell you this (about new goods as an individual) on any of the getting started pages that I could see

I have been selling on Amazon uk for 14 years, our account has been in good health. I was asked to give a payments verification submission, which I did a week ago, after that I coulnt edit any details and provide further verification. I told seller support they transferred the case and now my account is deactivated. I cant reactivate the account as the submit for verification button is blanked out. I cant open cases to contact or call amazon sseller support. I tried calling seller support via the call me now in account health they don’t know what to do. I have emailed seller verification managing director no one is getting back to me. They just deactivated the account without warning or allowing me to submit further docs. Can some one help I am tearing my hair out and completely distressed about this?

hi my account has been deactivated too for the identity verification and deposit method verification. everytime i click reactivate it takes me to the identify info page where i click submit verification and it says it will take something days to recieve an update on. everytime it does amazon sends me an email saying i selected the wrong entity which is individual. however when i registered i done it as a sole trader and went for the indivdual plan. just today my account has been deactivated because of this reason and this has never happened.

im really stressing out, anyone know what i can do?

Our US and CA Amazon store are active, our EU Amazon store are inactive, we don’t upload any listing in EU store. Amazon suspend the selling previlege for our EU , US and CA store,why? Who can tell me ? We’ve alread provided business licensee, legal representative identification card. All the inforamiton are true.
