Is this Amazons latest unfair policy against third party sellers.
Just received large order from Philips, went to list a few items, only to be told by Amazon we have gated these items and are not letting third party sellers sell the products.
“Amazon actual quote. I have been informed that we are now Gating these items for the time being. These gating often happens because Amazon wants to ensure that our buyers can purchase products with confidence.”
My Quote Amazon want to keep the buy box as the UK Competition & Markets Authority have forced them to be fairer to third party sellers. This seems like the perfect get around to me, just exclude any third-party seller.
