Non Partnered shipping

Hi all.

Please help with this if possible. I’ve had to ship via royal mail for certain beauty items previously. Today I selected UPS as non partnered carrier for those items. I’ve printed my labels off Amazon. I’m struggling to set up UPS to send off the shipment. Two small boxes total weight 15kg. Any advice pls? TIA

If you mean sending to FBA centres, then you can’t use Royal Mail to do so.

UPS is a partnered carrier, but you don’t have to use UPS either. You can use a multidude of parcel couriers.
But from what I understand, once you have the labels for UPS, then you simply go to the website (or call) and using the reference, book a collection, or drop off at a local drop off point.

Are you talking about shipping your items to customers (FBM), or do you mean sending to FBA ?
