Why is our product "Hamsper" listed on Amazon US but not on Amazon CA? Additionally, we are unsure about the shipping company. Can anyone provide an explanation for this and suggest possible solutions?

If you are NOT the seller it is possible that this seller is going to "dropship" your item to whoever buys the item from them.
Is Hamsper your own Brand? If so are you Brand registered? If so you could open a case with Amazon to let them know.
