Evri Labels Not Accepted In Store - Collection Only
Hi ,
I am purchasing Evri `Drop Off' labels via Amazon but I am finding that they are not scanning or accepted in store.
It appears that collection labels are being generated (which I do not want since I prefer drop off) .
I have contacted CS many times but no one seems to fully understand the problem .
I realize this is an old issue which has been posted before but I cant find any resolution -
Did anyone manage to find a solution ?

I have just spoken with an Evri sales manager who has told me that this is an Amazon bug that has not been repaired. the Amazon reply to the case I opened regarding this was:
Only purchase a Hermes label if you already have a collection arranged with Hermes, this is not a drop-off service. If you do not have a collection, you can schedule one by reaching out to (amazon have removed the email address) with your merchant token, shipping address and contact details. This text is also reflected in the Buy Shipping user interface.
