Charges initialization fee but still have invalid card

Hello all,

So, I Recently created an individual seller account however my card for some reason continues to be invalid. Despite this, I was still charged the 19p initialization fee despite apparently not having a valid card.

Any advice on what I can do to resolve it?

Just to check - are you planning to sell off your own personal, second-hand books, or are you buying these in (say from charity shops, sales etc), to sell on for profit ?
Just that it will determine the type of account (the legal entity) you need.
