Please help My Seller Payment account on hold

I operate a small business as an online retailer on Amazon, which serves as my primary occupation and the principal source of income for my family while I am studying Part-time.

The retention of my funds in the Amazon UK account is adversely affecting my business performance. They provide me with funds as eye drops for two months and they have ceased the disbursement of my funds for two weeks .

I have decided to cease my selling activities on Amazon and Consequently, I have placed my account on hold due to insufficient funds to cover my shipping expenses. I currently lack sufficient funds to manage my shipping and inventory expenses.

I am currently unable to meet my loan repayment, the rent for my commercial storage and cover the expenses for my employees. This situation has hindered my ability to manage postage costs effectively, resulting in delayed deliveries, particularly during the busy summer season.

I previously reached out to request the release of 75% or 50% of my funds so that I can address the loan repayments, the rent for my commercial storage, wages, and postage expenses…………... etc.; however, I did not receive assistance. This situation has significantly impacted my account, as I lack alternative income sources to cover these essential costs.

Is this just your account level reserve? If so funds will be available to disburse 8 days after the last expected delivery date of your orders.

However, none of us can help as we are sellers just like you. You will have to contact Seller Support.

I would imagine that Amazon doesnt trust you to have actually sent the items based on the really bad feedback you've had - has your account actually been deactivated?
