Issue adding UK VAT Number

Hello,

We are a UK LTD business and recently became VAT registered.

I am trying to add our VAT number onto Amazon, however, its asking for a Citizen ID? I have entered my passport and its says its incorrect.

Could anyone tell me what should I enter on Citizen ID?
