Payment Proce­ssing not Initi­ated

I requested a payment yesterday, and I typically receive an email within minutes confirming that the payment is on its way. I was surprised that I didn't receive an email, so I checked under "Disbursements" and noticed that the "Processing Initiated" box is not checked. This usually happens immediately after requesting payment.

I finally received the "Payment is on the way" email late this morning, but in Seller Central, it still seems that the payment has not been initiated. Does anyone have any insight into what this could possibly mean? I'm really nervous about this.

We're in the same boat. Just spent one hour chatting with support - they escalated us to a "specialist" who left us on hold for 30 minutes and then came back with no additional information.

We requested the payment 25 hours ago now at this point. We received the "Your payment is on the way" immediately, and we've never had a problem with disbursements before, so I didn't even notice it, but "Processing Initiated" isn't checked for that disbursement on our end either.

Express Payouts has never taken longer than 24 hours and we've gotten reliant on it - too reliant, as it now seems.

For some reason, the payment I initiated yesterday says "A transfer was made to your bank account ending in 983 in the amount of $6,323.80 on 6/25/2024. Funds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account." Every other one says "...Funds can take 24 hours to appear in your bank account."

Not sure what happened, but I don't think there's anything to be done about the one day that will be delayed.
