Case only allows Chat or Phone Call but won't connect me to Chat
I've been going back and forth on a case with no end in sight. But now instead of replying via email the only options are Chat and Phone. So I clicked Chat and it has been "connecting me to selling partner support for over 30 minutes". Are they actually connecting me or just hoping I stop trying? Anyone else experiencing this?

As soon as I submitted this it connected with support. I waited approximately 40-45 minutes. They should add some sort of place in line information as I though there was a glitch or technical error and that's why i wasn't being connected.

In some instances there can be delays for live chat depending on traffic but I can understand your frustration with your concern that you were unsure if there was an error.
