RFD2 Fullfillment center - REFUSING delivery of parcels
We ship to fullfillment centers all over the USA for the past 4 years, and never have i had a delivery center Not accepting shipments.
We have had 5 now refused to be accepted by RFD2 when USPS tries to deliver it.
USPS tells me that " customer refused delivery because package was not wanted"
We ship thousands of parcels all over the USA through FBA. The parcels have the FBA labels on them ready to be checked in. Amazon tells me to ship to RFD2. USPS never has a issue with any other fulfillment center.
What to do?
UPDATE - spoke to USPS delivery center right now the FC, and was told by the supervisor that AMAZON FC told them to return ALL parcels. They will not accept parcels. The USPS depot had so many parcels from all over the place.
How can Amazon tell us to ship to RFD2 and then Amazon receiving manager tell USPS to return all parcels?

The same thing happened to us aswell, 2 packages came back headed to RFD2 and 2 came back headed to SCK4.
Worst thing about it is that Amazon still wants us to send to RFD2 when using minimal Shipment splits. It shouldn't take the techs more than a few clicks to have RFD2 removed from the List of available FC's when using a non Partner Carrier.
How can it be so difficult to get this issue sorted out? It seems like such an easy fix!

@Seller_TOXyaM8hXNwGrDid you have any luck with RFD2 since then? Amazon still tells us to ship to RFD2 sometimes, even though our shipments were rejected as well...
