Get paid faster - invoiced business customers

Hi all, does anyone have any insights on this get paid faster service for invoiced business customer orders - instead of waiting 4 - 6 weeks for the payment if you invoke the 'get paid faster' service for a fee you are supposed to get the payments straight away.

We did it on the 16th November last year and we've always still had a balance outstanding of deferred payments but recently it's started growing again.

Does anyone else use it and have you had zero balance or do you always see some deferred transactions - I'm not sure it's working at all - the original case I opened just got transferred and never answered.

Thank you Spencer, I read that article before posting.

Despite having registered for this service in November last year my deffered balance has now grown to pretty much the same as it was in November last year.

I opened a case on the 28th November 2023 as it didn't seem to be working, this case was transferred and remains transferred - no feedback on the case in 3 months. Case# 9298356932

Hi,

I've had reply from someone at Amazon telling me that it's impossible to expedite payments yet it's a service you offer? All very confusing and contradictory
