Incorrectly charged

Hi Customer Service,

I hope you are well. I notice, I have been charged £30 on the 9th May 2025 for the Amazon services when I haven’t started using the Amazon Seller account yet, could you advise why I have been charged for this.Thank you in advance

Kind Regards

First of all, this is not 'Customer service' - just a forum of other sellers. You have not been incorrectly charged. You would have been charged the £30 when you signed up - as soon as you click on the orange button, you are agreeing to the professional selling PLAN which is £30 a month. (read the small print under the button !). You need to downgrade to the individual selling plan so you are not charged again.

Hi @Seller_WMd9Un922Bm3M,

if you want to downgrade to an Individual selling plan you can find a step-by-step guide here.

If you accidentally signed up for the Professional Selling Plan, you may be eligible for a one-off refund if you haven't used any Professional tools or benefits within 90 days. To do so, open a case to Seller Support by clicking Help on the upper right corner of Seller Central. Then press Get help and resources, choose My issue is not listed and add "Professional Selling Plan refund".

Keep us updated.

Best,

Jona
